This is a very nice little book of blessings. Some are quite eloquent and useful for offering a blessing to others or to include in a written card sent to someone, but others are a little silly apparently written during one of her workshops on how to write your own blessings. For the most part though I found it a peaceful read.the book was a gift for a friend and she was delighted by it.Well written book and would recommend to anyone and everyone.Well writtenGreat
